LABC structural warranty
LABC warranty was launched in 2007 and provides structural warranties to some of the biggest house builders and housing associations in the county as well as thousands of self-builders, where they use the Local Authority building control team. LABC Warranty works solely for LABC teams like ours.
What is a structural warranty?
A structural warranty is like an insurance policy. It covers defects in the workmanship, design and materials used in the construction of a building. To sell a new build or obtain a mortgage you usually need to have a structural warranty in place before you start work.

Working in partnership
A network of experienced, local LABC Warranty surveyors work alongside our own team of building control surveyors. They carry out their own inspections of your project, paying particular attention to common insurance claim defects such as dpcs and roofs. They forward a report to us after each site visit and work in accordance with LABC Warranty technical standards.
