We send text messages about outstanding Council Tax payments.
Horsham District Council text messages will never ask for personal or financial information.
We do not send text messages about Penalty Charge Notices or the Annual Canvass.

It will confirm your name and that you have an outstanding payment on your Council Tax account.
It includes a link to the website where you can make a payment.

Emails
We send email newsletters about our services and direct emails to customers of our paid services.
- Email newsletters and direct emails to customers of our paid services, such as garden waste and commercial waste, are sent from HorshamDC@stayconnected.horsham.gov.uk
- Emails from Horsham District Council officers and councillors are sent from @horsham.gov.uk email addresses
- Emails about Council Tax may come from our service partners, Milton Keynes City Council, and are sent from @milton-keynes.gov.uk addresses
- Emails about the Annual Canvass are sent from returning.officer.horsham.district.council@notifications.service.gov.uk
Emails from Horsham District Council will contain links. They will never ask you to enter personal or financial information.

- Report it as spam through in your text message app or email client: this will block the sender from sending you further communication
