As Horsham District Council continues to work with Connected Kerb to install electric vehicle charge points across the District, including at Henfield Hall and Library, we are delighted that Henfield is set to create Sussex's first Electric Community Car Club.
Led by Community Transport Sussex, this community scheme aims to encourage second car owners to consider reducing to just one car per household and hiring an electric vehicle instead, offering a user-friendly and cost effective alternative.
This is a great initiative and one that we hope will be replicated in other villages across the District.
The scheme will be launched in June 2023.
