Share your top tips on reducing food waste for your chance to win a HOTBIN!
We are always looking to find new ways to reduce food waste across the District, both to benefit residents and the environment. 15 families and community groups have been trialling Hot Bins to see how it helps minimise their food waste. They tell us that they are benefiting from the production of lots of liquid fertiliser, reduced general waste, as well as new compost being put to good use in their gardens.
To celebrate the launch of our subsidised HOTBIN for residents, we are giving you the chance to win one of six HOTBINS worth almost £300. To enter our competition share your top tips on reducing or reusing food waste and you will be entered into a prize draw for the chance to win one of the 200L Hot bins that have already been successfully trialled across the District with local families and community groups.
