Community Link's Digital Transformation

By 2025, analogue telephone services will be switched off as the UK’s telecoms infrastructure is upgraded to digital connectivity. This shift has required us to update our technology enabled care (TEC) to ensure our customers remain connected and protected for the future.

To explain how this affects you, we've put together a short video below with one of our advisors, Philip Mockett, to talk through the changes and how this affects you.

If you are an existing lifeline alarm user and you are contacted by your communications provider (BT, Virgin, Sky, Talk Talk, etc.) about upgrading your network connection from analogue to digital before we have visited you, please contact us to change you alarm - either by calling us on 01403 215230 or emailing us at community.link@horsham.gov.uk.
