Pay policy

Pay grades for all employees are determined by a consistent pay evaluation process. This followed a national requirement for all Local Authorities and other public sector employers to review their pay frameworks to ensure fair and consistent practice for different groups of workers within the same employer.

As part of this, Horsham District Council determined a local pay framework set out in its Pay Policy Statement.
