Busking

We are not currently issuing busking permits in Horsham Town Centre.

Busking is not a licensable activity under the Licensing Act 2003.  Therefore, we are unable to issue licenses or permits for this activity. However, we are proposing to introduce new guidelines to formalise arrangements for buskers and street performers in Horsham. Once these guidelines are finalised, they will be published on the website together with any relating documents.
