Chairman spreads festive cheer at the Horsham Fairtrade Christmas Market

Horsham District Council Chairman Cllr David Skipp drew the raffle at the Horsham Fairtrade Christmas Market on Saturday 25 November. The raffle prizes were all Fairtrade goods and donated by local businesses.
