A new illustrated leaflet showcasing local wine, beer, cider, spirits, and soft drinks producers has recently been launched by Horsham District Council to mark English Tourism Week and is available for visitors and residents to access now.
Created in collaboration with local businesses, the latest version of this leaflet has been expanded to feature a total of 30 local producers of beverages, now including locally made juice, kombucha and locally roasted coffee.
From award-winning breweries, innovative vineyards, boutique distilleries and flourishing orchards, the leaflet includes a map highlighting Horsham District’s strong offer of local businesses who produce drinks. Through the map, you can discover an array of ‘things to do’ in Horsham District such as: enjoying spectacular views as you wander through a local vineyard like Ambriel; delighting in an evening of great music and games at Firebird Brewery; or exploring a fantastic market of growers, makers and bakers at Trenchmore Farm with hot food and lots of merriment.
The map also highlights key transport links, including more sustainable options such as local railway stations along the Arun Valley line, together with information on where to find other public transport routes and timetables.

I’m pleased we have created the latest version of this fantastic leaflet, featuring even more of our wonderful local drink producers. The launch has been perfectly timed to align with English Tourism Week, to showcase our diverse and vibrant businesses who are part of our valuable visitor economy sector.
Many of the businesses featured also offer a range of engaging visitor experiences for the public to enjoy, alongside the sale of their carefully crafted beverages.
