Parking bay suspension prices
The price of a parking bay suspension depends on whether you are applying to suspend a pay and display bay or a non pay and display bay.
There is no charge if a parking bay suspension is for a wedding or funeral vehicle.
A bay cannot be suspended for longer than 12 weeks. If you require a suspension of longer than 12 weeks, contact West Sussex County Council about a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order.
Suspend a permit, pay & display or shared use bay (Horsham or Billingshurst only)
To suspend a permit, pay & display or shared use bay in the Horsham or Billingshurst Controlled Parking Zones for up to four weeks, you will be charged a fee of £35 per bay (approximately 10m), plus £10 per day. Examples of how this pricing structure works are below.

If you require a bay suspension for longer than four weeks, the daily charge increases to £20 per day.
Suspend a limited waiting bay (anywhere within the Horsham District)
To suspend a limited waiting bay anywhere within the Horsham District for you will be charged a one-off fee of £35 per bay, Examples of how this pricing structure works are below.
