Full application
A full application should be used if your proposal relates to works to a flat, works that change the number of dwellings (such as converting a house into flats or building a dwelling in a garden), change of use to business purposes, or work to anything outside the garden of the property.
A full application requires:
- Application form: Apply online for planning permission using the Planning Portal online form
- Fee: Check the list of planning application fees and charges
- Certificate of Ownership
- Location plan
- Block plan
- Elevations (existing and proposed)
- Floor layout/plans (existing and proposed)
- Section plans (existing and proposed)
- Roof plans (existing and proposed)
