Billingshurst Supplementary Planning Document

The Billingshurst Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) was adopted in March 2017. The document sets out specific principles, guidance and projects for Billingshurst Village Centre.

The purpose of this SPD is to ensure the future vitality and viability of Billingshurst, promoting it as a destination of choice and creating a context for a flexible village centre offer which is able to respond to shifting economic patterns.
