West Sussex County Council election - postponed
West Sussex Council May 2025 elections have been postponed to allow reorganisation plans to be developed.
The Government made an announcement in February 2025, confirming that West Sussex will be in the first wave of local government reorganisation and West Sussex County Council May 2025 elections will be postponed.
We expect the earliest that elections for the new unitary authorities will take place is May 2026.
Horsham Riverside Electoral Division - West Sussex County Council By-Election
A by-election to elect a county councillor for the Horsham Riverside electoral division of West Sussex County Council has been called. If contested, a poll will take place on Thursday 22 May 2025.

If you have a postal vote, your pack will be despatched first class, around 9 May.
