All non-household municipal premises in England with 10 or more full time equivalent employees (such as businesses, schools and hospitals), must make arrangements to have the same set of recyclable waste streams as households, (with the exception of garden waste) collected for recycling or composting, and must present their waste in accordance with the arrangements, by March 31st 2025, with recyclable plastic film to be collected by March 31st 2027.
